Take the PATH Train to Journal Square Station.
At the station, go up one flight of stairs and through the turnstiles
Go up another flight of stairs and you will see the doors in the image below.
Go through the doors, make a right immediately, and keep walking down till you get to another set of doors at the back of the building.
Go out and walk until you get to the street. You will be on Summit Ave. as indicated with the red arrow in the map below.
Cross Summit and walk down on Magnolia Ave. Follow the blue arrows on the map.
